Subject: Southeast Regional Farm to School planning meeting in Monticello April 2 at 10:30 am
Hi all! If you are in, near, or support the southeast region of Arkansas please join us for the first (of hopefully many more) conversations to discuss farm to school at the regional level.
We would love to get school districts, farmers, day cares, juvenile detention centers, support organizations and anyone else who is interested together in a room to begin discussing moving farm to school forward at the regional level. There is no official agenda, but items that will probably be discussed are: garden development, buying and selling locally, forming a local co-op, and anything else that attendees want to discuss.
Monday, April 2
10:30 – 12:00
Meeting will be on the bottom floor on the south end. Please enter through the handicap door.
Questions: Call Beth Calhoun 870-367-3014
Everyone is invited to come! Hope to see you there!
